The benchmark index of Palestine Stock Exchange (PEX) closed on Sunday at 490.03 points, inching up by 0.37%.

Trading volume reached 135,265 shares, at a turnover of $209.92 THD, traded through 71 transactions.

Shares of 16 companies were traded, of which five rose, four fell, and seven remained unchanged.

The top three gainers were Al Takaful Palestinian Insurance Company by 4.62%, Palestine Electric Company by 4.55%, and Al Iqaria Trading Investment Company by 3.39%.

The top three decliners were Arab Palestine Investment Company by 1.85%, Jerusalem Cigarette by 1.19%, and Palestine Bank by 0.81%.
